IE Picture Problem

My friend has a problem with his IE. When he opens his
browser and it has pictures in it, the pictures flash and
reload with porn. Is there any way I can help my friend?

Get and run Ad-Aware and Spybot, making sure to update the reference
files one you install them, and scan the affected system for the
presence of malware:
