IE opens with an ad while using Netscape

When I am using Netscape, IE will periodically launch and show an ad.
I have run Adaware, SpyBot Search and Destroy, SpySweeper and Norton
Anti-Virus all with current updates, checked the registry and come up
with nothing. Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this?

could be coming from aim, is the software you mentioned
updated. do you have a firewall? could be a java applet
embedded.

I am not running AIM, all the software is updated, and I do have a
firewall in place, so I don't think it's any of the things you
mentioned.
