IE often crash

I have a Dell double CPUs work stations, which installed
Windows XP with CHS system local. i found the IE in this
machine crahed very often when browe web page, some
times, Windows Explorer also crashed when i navigation
files from harddisk.

If someone knows the way to fix this issue, pls kindly
let me know.
