How can I toggle proxy when I am in or out of the office? Way too many clicks
using the browser.

search for the hostname/ip of your IE proxy in the registry...export the key
as wproxy.reg
remove the proxy from your IE proxy settings then export that same key as
woproxy.reg
then just double-click the one you want when you want it
