IE & OE Not showing in Control Panel

Could somebody please tell me since I have had SP1 on my Computer, Internet Explorer and Outlook Express
no longer appear in my Control Panel only the two patches, Internet Explorer Q832894 and O/E Update Q330994,
when I click on them now, I can only remove that certain patch to return to a previous configuration, and
not make any repairs if I needed to. Do I have some missing files?
 
If you're running XP and installed XPSP1 (installs IE6sp1 by default), it is
by design that IE and OE are no longer available in Add/Remove programs.
You can reinstall IE6sp1 from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp to
repair.
