IE now blank

My MS Internet Explorer is now blank. No menus. No
buttons. Nothing but the window box itself and empty
space. Not even a scroll bar on the right (just the up &
down arrows at the top & bottom of the right side but they
don't do anything).

Tried updating (thru AOL) to IE 6.1 from 6.0 but that
didn't bring things back.

Not a total disaster since I can browse through AOL but
I'd rather use IE.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Are you in full screen mode? press F11

Try a repair or IE.
Add/Remove programs/Microsoft/EI/repair
