IE not working

I have a problem. I have a client with win98se and IE is not working dns
error page shows up. But I can see network neighborhood and browse files on
remote computer, I can send ping to computers outside my network and using
IE I cannot even open my server web page even if I put as a URL the server's
local IP. What's wrong can you help me?

Maybe this:

Or maybe spyware. Try an anti spyware program like Spybot Search and
Destroy
