I have a client who is using a dial up account to access
the internet. He can see he is connected and can ping
across the internet. However, he cannot access any web
pages from internet explorer.
He has a free agmitum outpost firewall installed but I
have already disabled this. He is also using Norton Anti-
virus 2003 which I cannot seem to find anywhere which
would disable the web access (although I cannot see the
product as I am troubleshooting over the phone).
Any hints? I have checked the internet options and
everything appears to be fine.
