I have a working internet connection, all settings are
proper, Outlook Express connects fine, but I am unable to
view anything throught Internet Explorer. I am however
able to browse through MSN Explorer, and Netscape. These
are inferior programs, so I wish to repair this issue,
rather than avoid it. I am running XP, and have
reinstalled XP 3 times since this problem came to be. I
have downloaded all recent service packs, uninstalled them,
reinstalled them. I am at a loss here. Please help.

I'm having the exact same problem. I am also running XP
(Pro). It's been working great, and this evening for
some reason, it won't launch. I created a new account on
my machine, and logged in as that account it works fine,
which seems to indicate something wrong with the
profile. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

It may be a HOSTS file problem that the parasite created.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

I have done this, I have also uninstalled Ad-Aware. I
also ran lspfix from cexx.org. All to no avail. I still
can't get IE to load.

As I said before, since it will run on the same machine
under a different account, I thought it had something to
do with the account's profile. So, I uninstalled IE, and
rebooted. When I did it asked me if I wanted to delete
the personal settings, and I did. Then I installed the
latest version. Still no IE.

I can click on the blue E and I get the busy cursor for
about 10 - 15 seconds, then it goes away. It never loads
in processes, I checked.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
