Very similar problem here.
After installing the updates for my WinXP Pro, IE6 stopped showing pages
like it use to. Now it always shows white only backgrounds and very large
fonts. On the MS site "Knowledge Base" the fonts are 3 times the size of my
monitor! So I can't do any searching there unfortunately.
I have editted the registry to show that REG_DWORD = 0 (as if IE6 was not
installed), I have installed the IE6 Service Pack 1, and I have tried
CTRL-WHEELUP (or WHEELDOWN). None of these have worked.
This is a newly built machine and I have tried several fixes - all except
re-installing the operating system to fix just this small problem.
