Hi,

for work we are using testdirector from mercury. The user interface is
active-x based. When using it, IE will lockup after a while. The process
will goto 99%.
The only thing I can do is resetting my laptop.
Killing the process is possible, but sometimes the explorer.exe process will
goto 99%, if I kill that one the next process will go to 99%, and so on...
If that is not the case, starting up IE again, will lock it again ... So a
restart is the only solution.

I have a mcafee scanner, updated. => OK
I have already checked for adware, and all those things => OK
If I turn on Data Execution Prevention for all programs, I didn't had any
problem during the time it was on. But this isn't workable ... :(

In the event log I've got 2 error events:
Hanging application IEXPLORE.EXE, version 6.0.2900.2180, hang module
hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
and
Fault bucket 126637809.

Before that there are some more like:
The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( nview_info ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
