1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [nternet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]

Often times when I click on a link that opens a new
window, such as a link in an email or on a messenger
program, IE will lock up. How can I prevent this from
