IE Links Bar

I have a co worker that their IE Links bar, is now
whowing all the links in Alpha Order, if she drags and
drops them in the order she wants, when she re-opens the
IE it goes back the Alpha order.

My IE has them in the order that I want. Anyone know how
to get hers to turn off the alpha order?
