Disable the following features in Spybot:
"Lock IE start page against user changes"
"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE"
Disabling those features is a bad idea! ......
That's why they are there - to "Immunize" your system.

Is there a way to launch IE with specific options /
settings? Like removing the Search Toolbar? My objective
is to direct the user to a specific website and not let
them go anywhere else. I do not want to every PC and
configure Content Advisor, I want to accomplish my
objective with start-up parameters if possible.
