IE keep opening new pages

HI,
I got this very strange problem for sometime already. when using the
IE, sometimes, the IE just keep launching many new blank pages till all the
virtul memmory being used, and the screen freezes. what cause this, I had
tried the anti-viruse, remove spyware, doesn' t help out. pleaes.

First eliminate any spyware.
