I thought my problem was msn.I would click on the sign in icon and msn would
crash,I wouldn't know it unless I tried to restart then says msn.exe is not
responding.so I would go through instalation wizard to get online=>Internet
explorer but the IE screen doesnt fully loaded dramatically slower and about
a mile long if I can get it to scroll at all.I tried running antivirus but
that just crashes upon openning and can't get it to close unless I restart.
The problem seems to affect anything that might anything to do with going
online, nortons,IE msn, even hoyle card games is affected sometimes.I even went
and took off anything msn related and got a new service provider.
anybody have any clue whats going on because msn support has no idea and I
think they started avoiding me,thats why I left msn

Those two are not enough and are you doing scans in safe mode? What
about anti-virus scans?
