lock myself out of IE's Internet Security Properties
While Playing with GPO's

I have removed the GPO that had restricted my access but I
still cant get in on my PC.If I log in on another PC I am
fine so it is my local registry that is a bit screwed up.

Any thought ???

I am not sure what you mean by "remove the GPO". Try reversing the setting instead of
leaving it undefined. If enabled was causing the problem, change it to disabled. ---

There are a lot of settings in Group Policy. I would start over by going to
the \winnt\system32\group policy\user folder and renaming the registry.pol
file in there. Reboot the computer. Then open Group Policy and change any
setting in administrative templates to force creation/enforcement of new
registry.pol. You can immediatley reverse/disable the setting you made and
then log off and back on to see if access is resored. --- Steve
