IE illegal operation when gonig to yahoo mail

I have IE 6 Everytime I go to check my e-mail at yahoo.com
I get an Illegal operation that closes the browser to
close. When I click on details I get iexplorer cause an
invalid page fault in module (unknown) at 0000:4b494c52

I went into the knowledge base and couldn't find
anything. My OS in 98SE. I have tried uninstalling and
re-installing. I've deleted cookies, temp. int. and
history. Any brilliant suggestions would be MUCH
appreciated!!!!
