IE icons vanished

I uninstalled, in windows components add/remove, MSN
explorer. And seeing how I didn't use MSN explorer, I
used Internet Explorer, I didn't there there would be a
problem, wrong.

Internet explorer still works, but I half to access it via
a shortcut of favorites, or windows update shortcut. But
all my Internet explorer shortcuts disappeared, quick
start, start menu, etc. I tried running a search for the
core icon, no luck, also tried using X-Setup, and TweakUI
to get the icons back.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you for your time.
