IE Icon Gonefrom Desktop

I have acidentally deleted my Internet Exporler Icon off my Desktop then
emptied my Recycle Bin. How can I get the icon back. I know I can put a short
cut there but then I can't go directly to Internet options Properties by
right clicking. I can olnly get to the shortcut properties.
 
IE|Tools|Internet Options|Advanced and check the box for "Show Internet
Explorer on the Desktop "
