I have a bug in my IE browser that won't let me change my
home page permanently. I set it to a different page and
then the next time I boot up IE, a new page is set as the
home page. Here's the html address of the page that pops
up:

http://www.lookfor.cc/index.php?p=37049

Any help would be much appreciated.

First eliminate any scumware.
See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
