Each time computer is started up an unwanted webpage is
opened when starting IE. This new page is listed in the
Internet Options as though it was saved there the last
time the PC was on. If you change it to what you want the
next time you start the computer it will go back to what
ever it wants. Rob

Probably hijacked by spyware. Get and run Spybot Search and Destroy and/or
Adaware See:
http://www.safer-networking.org/ or:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Or it could be a QHOSTS virus. See:
