IE home default was set as another strange website

Our IE 6.0 (in Windows 2000 professionals) home default
was set by a strange web site "s6.cn" as default. So
everytime you log in the computer, this nuisance website
turns up as the first home page. How can we get rid of
this? Really appreciate if anyone can solve this problem
for us. Thanks!
