Try this:
In ie click on tools>internet options>advanced, under the browsing section
scroll down to underline links, click on your option.

Hope this helps

Open Internet Explorer, Click Tools, Internet Options, You'll see a box
with a series of tabs. Click on the Advanced tab (far right) and scroll
down the list until you see a section called Underline Links. Tick the
radio button that says 'Always' and hit Apply.

If you go back to the General tab (far left) you'll see a frame at the
botom labelled 'History', there is a setting there for how long you
want to keep the pages in History. The default is 20 so after 20 days
it will reset the history and the pages you've been to will be cleared
from the history cache. Just set the days to a number you're happier
with, click Apply, OK and that should sot the problem.
