I like this one.

IEHistoryView
http://freehost14.websamba.com/nirsoft/utils/iehv.html
or http://nirsoft.mirrorz.com/

This utility reads all information from the history file on your computer,
and displays the list of all URLs that you have visited in the last few
days. It also allows you to select one or more URL addresses, and then
remove them from the history file or save them into text, HTML or XML file.
In addition, you are allowed to view the visited URL list of other user
profiles on your computer, and even access the visited URL list on a remote
computer, as long as you have permission to access the history folder.

And another:

http://www.myie2.smsnet.pl/download/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=251

IEHistory is a small program to get MSIE history as an HTML file in the same
way as it is done by Opera browser. It can be used either as a plugin for
MyIE2, or as a stand-alone application in the interactive mode. Besides,
there is a way to invoke the program with several parameters, e.g. for a
batch file, etc.

Another one to add to your collection is
Hist2HTML aka History Book for Internet Explorer
http://www.netlaputa.ne.jp/~mozart/soft/hist2html.html

I find that I can't access the homepage, also that the file is hard to
locate elsewhere on the web, but I've turned up these download links:

v1 (9k) (2000)
http://www.dewassoc.com/download/hist2html.zip

v2 (8k) (2001)
TinyURL
http://tinyurl.com/3fe4l
which is
http://web.archive.org/web/20030412170514/http://www.netlaputa.ne.jp/
~mozart/soft/hist2htmlv2.zip

Programs like these are very useful. For example, last week, I found
that I couldn't open a zip file that I'd downloaded, because the download
had been incomplete. I couldn't remember where the file was from, but
searching for the filename in the html output (opened as a text file in
editpad) immediately gave me a clickable download link.

PS

The archived 8k zip of v2 from the Wayback Machine refuses to open
("corrupt"), but it responds to a zip repair utility (I used
PowerArchiver). It then yields the executable and a readme, both of
which match my own backed up copy of the utility. The CRC32 for the
executable is FC04D96A
