' IE has encountered difficulties . . .'

Recently, when I try to view a video link on a web site, a box pops up that
says Explorer has encountered difficulties and must be closed, sorry for any
inconvenience, and offers to send a report to Microsoft.

My OS is Windows 98 SE and am using IE 6.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You might try updating your video card for a starter. They sometimes
require updating. You can find an update for your video driver from the
mfg. website.


If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
