IE has a conflict or is corrupted

IE will not fully show all the graphics and will not show
Microsoft's support pages.

Dell has done:
System Restore
Reinstall Windows XP
"Hid" Internet Explorer and downloaded Internet Exp. again
using Netscape.

None of these things has made any change whatsoever. I
spent 4 nights on the phone with Dell support. I tried
Dell support e-mail and it is not good.

I'm having exactly the same problem on my Dell. I've just
been pulling my hair out for 2 days. Dell support in
Canada is brutal - no assistance. My problem is I don't
have Netscape so can't even download IE again. When I try
through my garbled IE it can't connect to Microsoft's
site. I've posted the problem in the Windows XP group so
please let me know if you ever get a reply. I'll do the
same if someone helps in the other group.
