IE HANGS

I have ran several virus,spyware,registy cleaners....Deleted all temp files
and cookies...I have xp home sp2 up to date....I dont use yahoo or there
toolbar...IE just freezes and I have to ctrl,alt,del to procede...Any
suggestions?

One of your Registry cleaners may well have deleted something important.

well, seeing that you've got the 7.0 version, that makes me wonder right
there...my mother in law has the same and said that she has had nothing but
problems since she installed it. computer's constantly locking up and
kicking her off the internet. don't know how to look into the problem, but
it may be a start.

My computer did this with IE6 so I tried 7 to see if it would help.....
