IE goes to the wrong web page

I bought a URL on Famous Domains, then my ISP (a different ISP) set it up to
host on their server. It seems to be set up and working correctly for
everyone but me. When I type in the URL www.discountdocks.com, I get taken to
Famous Domains web page, but others go right to the correct discount docks
web page. My ISP has run tests and says it's configured correctly. I think
that any machine that tried to go to that website before the ISP made the
changes, goes to the Famous Domains page and if they hadn't tried prior, they
get to the correct page. What is being stored and how can I change it so I
can access the correct page?

It's been over 24 hours, I thought time might help, that perhaps somewhere
on my server it was cached, but it's still wrong. I've also tried deleting
files in IE - no luck.

HELP!

Thanks,
Dawn

Do a thorough check for malware, following all of the steps at one of these
Web pages.

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.

Switch to a cmd window and enter:

nslookup www.discountdocks.com
and
ping -n 1 www.discountdocks.com

Make sure that both commands refer to the same IP address.

<example>
Pinging www.discountdocks.com [216.16.122.114]
</example>

If you are getting a different IP address in that response
such as this one:

<example>
Name: famousdomains.com
Address: 205.178.189.131
</example>

it could explain your symptom.

FWIW telnet 80 shows that that other address would redirect here:

Location: http://power.networksolutions.com/index.html

Is that what you are seeing?
