IE freezes when multiple windows open

I've got two computers within my network. The users are
complaining constantly when they are surfing the internet
because when a second IE window opens, everything freezes.
Sometimes they get the Microsoft error message where you
can choose to send or not send the problem to Microsoft.
I've tried re-installing IE 6, but to no avail...

What's infecting these two computers?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I need to get these users
back on track with their work...

Doug,

Have you installed SP1 for IE6? I've heard of others with
similar issues who said the service pack solved their
problems.
