IE & Firefox don't work

But I can connect to the internet using Netscape 8.0.4.

Any help??

MSIE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.6, and Opera 9.23, and SeaMonkey 1.1.4 all work
here; I don't have Netscape 8.0.4, nor do I see any reason to use it.

What isn't working? Any error messages?

Either stop using a third-party firewall (use Windows XP firewall)
or modify that program to allow other browsers?
