IE favorites synch desktop to laptop

does anyone have an easy way to synchronize IE favorites on a laptop with a
desktop PC.
I add and delete new favorites on my desktop and want to have the same
favorites on my laptop. sometimes I add some on the laptop and want to have
them uploaded to my desktop. I have looked for freeware and haven't found
any and I don't want to spend $30-50 for software to do this simple task. I
can't believe that with the features in XP file sharing they haven't
included this feature

Have you looked at using a briefcase?
Press Win-F1 and enter: briefcase
