IE fail to launch

i was having a game on yahoo online pool and suddenly the
window browser just shut down. After that i could no
longer launch my internet explor. Even my windows explorer
and control panel was unable to launch.
Can anyone offer me some advise.

Sepcify your OS, SP, and IE Version
Maybe that would help understanding the problem...
