IE Explorer unexpectedly shows a C++ Error and Exits the applicati

Browser: IE 6.029 SP2

Action: moving between pages that contains embedded SVG Viewer objects,
especially when the user clicks to another page before the current page has
completely rendered.

Issue: IE shows a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error and quits the
application

Error: Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\Internet explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
R6025 - pure virtual function call

This happens quite consistently and for a lot of users and it was not
happening before installing the patch KB 916281.

The SVG viewer uses an ActiveX control. The latest version is 3.0.3. Don't
know if that will help, depending on the way the pages are coded to deal
with the security updates.
