IE Explorer is closing when we try to open new window

Hi,

I am facing a serious issue with internet explorer when
working in my windows 2000 Server.

When ever i try to open a new window, either by opening a
new browser or right click on the link and give open the
link in new window. The new window is focefully closing
the old window and only opens that particular window. i.e
it not allowing more than one window to open at a time.
