ie explorer error report

Very frequently when using my internet which is almost 6
times daily do i get an error report that apologizes for
there being an error and it shuts my internet down. I
haven't seen any patches or the like for this problem nor
does norton recognize any viruses. I am just confused on
to what the problem may be, if anyone does know please
respond.

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)
