IE explorer browser

For some reason, I can no longer access the internet via
IE. I'm using cable modem and can access via Netscape, and
my other computer can access via IE (using a wireless
router). On my main PC, when trying to access via IE, I
get a "This page cannot be displayed" message when
accessing any website. I've reinstalled IE and tryed to
reset my options, but no luck. Any ideas?
