This message does not say much. Just how are IE and FireFox crashing?
Anything written up in Event Viewer that might point to a reason or a
cause? Need more information.

Still have a working account with an ISP? It would appear that this
computer is being blocked or denied access. Sometimes, the aftermath
of using a "torrent" program results in lingering problems to the ISP,
somewhat similar to a denial of service attack, that the ISP has no
choice but to sever the connection to the remote computer that ran
the torrent "blitz".

It would appear that this particular computer, based on its MAC ID for
the NIC, might have been blocked from the ISP's server. Two possible
options: (1) Call the ISP and get the block released, probably after
being warned about using Torrent applications or (2) Replace the NIC
with a different one (for a different MAC ID). The better option is #1.
