My computer reboots itself at times and I went to the
help & support page and looked at the error log - some of
the reasons for the rebooting was due to internet
explorer 6. Is there some reason why IE 6 will reboot my
computer? Is there a way to correct this and stop it from
rebooting my computer?

Robert;
I am running into the same problem...seems to only happen with IE6
(regularly) and Outlook Express (rarely). I am finding it takes
significantly longer for it to load a page...particularly with a page that
has .gifs or .jpgs. When I try to reload the page, it spontaneously reboots
the computer. I'm still grasping at straws...if you find any information
please share, and I will do likewise. This problem is easily the most
frustrating one I've ever had with a computer.

Problems solved..though you might not like the shotgun approach i
took...completely eliminated Norton Internet Security and switched over to
McAfee...also added Roxio's Go Back to replace system restore...and
everything works...so far :-)
Thanks for all the help.
