IE exception has occurred, IE does not end when I leave sites

Please help. I am currently getting a message saying that an exception has
occurred and could not be read. Also after I have left sites and go to close
down pc I am getting messages saying waiting for program to end. I am also
having problems with Internet Explorer hanging. Please help

What is the exact message?
 
When I start the pc the exact message is: ANIWZC52 Service Launcher has
encountered a problem and needs to close.
When I am closing the pc down, after I have emptied cookies etc and cleaned
pc, a box comes up after I go shut down and says: End program Fantasy FLights
(or which ever group I have been inlast) It goes through going to end then I
gt this program is not responding and so I hit the close and it closes.
