IE Errors the first time I start up IE after boot up.

Please help!!!!

Everytime I boot up my machine(only happens on when I
first start the machine) and I start internet explorer
(does not matter what site I go to(no default home page)
the site loads up, then the microsoft error pops. Which
says error has occurred do you want to send a report to
microsoft. That is the error message in event viewer.

The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source (
Microsoft Internet Explorer ) cannot be found. The local
computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. The following information is part of the event:
iexplore.exe, 6.0.2800.1106, me2.dll, 1.0.0.2, 000028d0.

I have IE start up automatically, there is no more issues
after I restart IE all pages load and that error message
does not pop up again.
