IE error

Upon loading any page via the address bar, when I click on
a link on a page(any page for this matter) i get an
error. the readout is as follows
"AppName: iexplorer.exe Appver:6.0.2600.0
ModName:mshtmled.dll Modver:6.0.2600.0 Offset:0003bbc2"
how do i fix this?
