What is the EXACT error message?
Is what you really mean, that you click on a link within
a web page and nothing happens?
When did this start happening?
No harm in trying the following commands,
and please post back with results or lack of results along
with more specific information as to what exactly is the
issue.
Start - Run (click OK after each command succeeds)
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Restart computer
Test Internet Explorer issue again.
