ie error reporting

Gene Hurwitz

When IE detects an error (5 to 10 times a day) a window
pops up asking to report it to Microsoft. It gives you a
choice of send report or cancel. Clicking on send report
immediately locks up everything. Clicking on cancel gives
me continuous pop ups of the same thing and requires a
manual restart. How can I stop the pop up reporting
screen?
