When I open a window on IE6, and then when a pop up window
opens, I receive a message that there was a problem and IE
needs to shut down. The application is iexplore.exe,
version 6.0 and ModName: ucmie.dll. I have emptied my
temp folders, etc, and downloaded all updates and
patches. Any help anyone? Thanks.

when something like that happens the file is damaged and
all you can do is re-download just that file (after
deleting the bad one) if you are unable to single out the
file, download IE6 again (will not take long at all since
IE6 is already on your system) which is the easiest least
painfull way of doing this. I hope they fix the bugs in
IE6 because I usually have to re-download IE6 2 times a
week-Jeez!!

I've similar problem too.
my case is ,I can only manage to browse couple of minutes then Error
report, sometimes it close once the windows is open.
my question is, how to download the IE6 if the browser close before i go
into the download page?
And, i'd tried to install Netscape, it only manage to download the setup
portion of it then error report and close the application. This happen to my
OE too.

Please help!
