Has anyone noticed this recently?

"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."
"If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost. Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer."

Oddly enough, this only happens whenever I manually type in a URL and it
usually pops up right as you enter the site. This has never happened before,
and I was wondering what I should do to keep it from happening again. I've
enclosed my browser information below. Don't know what good it would do me,
but it's worth a shot. Thanks in advance.

AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: yshortcut.dll
ModVer: 2005.11.10.2 Offset: 000058b2

Try removing all Yahoo! Products (Yahoo! Browser services, Yahoo! Toolbar,
etc.) from Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs.
