has anyone had the below error message when closing their
IE program? Other than that message everything seems to
work on the program.

Bad Memory errors are erroneous and can be caused by Spyware.
Please try the following, you *need* a Spyware Scanner in your arsenal of
protection - anyway !

Install either but both are not necessary, reboot, read FAQ and overview, use
online update feature to obtain the latest reference files, scan for Spyware
much like you would with your pre-installed anti-virus scanner.
Rid your machine of unwanted Spyware pests.
