"IE encountered problem and needs to close."

I keep getting a message, when I go to sites, that
says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I can either send error report or dont send, but either
way, it closes the browser and I can never get to where I
want to go.

If anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE help.

load spy bot search & distroy that wii stop all spy and addware then fix ie that should do it
