IE drop down window item

I have IE 6.0 running XP. Whenever I right mouse click
onn any item shown on my browser, I get a drop down box
that contains all of the function IE delivers. There is
Back, Forward, and items to save as background, etc. I
have encoding and all of the other items you normally
find. However, I have had something downloaded to my PC
that altered this and added another topic I want to delete
out. It has something referencing a porn site. I cannot
seem to find anywhere where I can delete this additional
item. Is there a way to do this without re-installing XP?

Use Ad-aware and Spybot S&D (having downloaded the latest reference file
updates first) to scan for, and remove, the parasite. See:
