Recently several clients in our company started having problems downloading
files from a certain HTTPS website. XP clients are fine.
We scanned for spyware and all that, but it happens on all Windows 2000
machies that are here, even if they are SP3 or SP4.
The error they get is:
"Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found."
The site is an in house one and has been running for quite some time. The
odd thing is that Windows 2000 cliens outside the company don't have a
problem, only those that are using our corporate image have the problem.
Since it has to be a setting I need to know what it is and where to find it,
everyone claims that they haven't done anything.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.
Go to Start | Run and enter these commans (press <Enter after each one).
